Foundation is pleased to announce the selection of Senator Barbara A.
Favola as this year’s recipient of the William L. Winston Award. This
award is given annually to a member of the Northern Virginia community for
long standing public service, who also has distinguished himself or herself in
the promotion of democratic ideals and advancement of the rule of law.
